First, make sure you have Adobe’s FREE Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If not, download it from the Adobe Reader download page.

To save the Employment Application to your computer:
  • Right click on the orange ”Download Employment Application PDF’ button below. (If your mouse is configured for left handed operation use the left mouse button).
    • Windows: Select “Save Target As” (Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As” (Firefox/Mozilla /Netscape) in menu
    • Mac: Select “Save Link As” in menu.
  • Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file after downloading.
Option One: Apply using online form below

After filling in the form, click the orange Submit button at the bottom of the form to submit your application.

Option Two: Email a completed PDF application.

After downloading the Employment Application to your desktop:

  1. Fill out the PDF application on your computer
  2. When complete, click the orange Submit Employment Application button at the bottom of the PDF application to email your application to jobs@amidongraphics.com.
Option Three: Print, then mail application

After downloading the Employment Application to your desktop:

  1. Print out the Employment Application, complete by hand
  2. When complete, mail to Amidon Graphics, 1966 Benson Ave., St. Paul, MN 55116.
