Apply for Credit

To apply for a line of credit, please submit the following information. An Amidon representative will contact you to confirm the information and set up your account.

Three ways to apply for a line of credit:

Complete the online application below
Download a PDF application, type in answers on your computer and email the completed PDF application to credit@amidongraphics.com.
Print application and mail to Amidon Graphics, 1966 Benson Ave., St. Paul, MN 55116.

Please choose one of the three options below. Your credit application is securely encrypted while in transfer and in our system.

Prefer to submit the Credit Application via email or U.S. mail? Here’s how to save the PDF to your computer.

First, make sure you have Adobe’s FREE Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If not, download it from the Adobe Reader download page.

To save the Credit Application to your computer:

Right click on the orange ”Download Credit Application PDF’ button below. (If your mouse is configured for left handed operation use the left mouse button).
- Windows: Select “Save Target As” (Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As” (Firefox/Mozilla /Netscape) in menu
- Mac: Select “Save Link As” in menu.
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file after downloading.

Option One: Apply using online form below

Complete the online Credit Application form below the gray rule line on this page.

After filling in the form, click the orange Submit button at the bottom of the form to submit your application.

Option Two: Email a completed PDF application.

After downloading the Credit Application to your desktop:

Fill out the PDF application on your computer
When complete, click the orange Submit Credit Application button at the bottom of the PDF application to email your application to credit@amidongraphics.com.

Option Three: Print, then mail application

After downloading the Credit Application to your desktop:

Print out the Credit Application, complete by hand
When complete, mail to Amidon Graphics, 1966 Benson Ave., St. Paul, MN 55116.

To save the Credit Application to your computer: right click on button and select “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” from menu. The PDF will alert you if a required field has been left blank.
